How long does a build take?

How do you charge for a build?
Not by the hour, and not one big number for the whole project upfront. Each step gets its own fixed price before it starts, and you can stop after any of them. The invoice matches the quote.
What if I need changes later?
Then we run a sprint: a short, fixed-price piece of work with a start and an end. You send us the list, we scope it into the next one. No retainer.
What happens to my data and code if we stop?
Everything that's yours comes with you: the code, a full database export, the domain, and a clean handover of every login, at no charge. It's all in the contract before we start.
What do you mean by AI automation?
The work done by hand between apps: retyping orders, chasing approvals, copying emails into a spreadsheet. AI can read that mess now, so a tool handles it and a person steps in only for judgment calls.
Do you use AI to build this?
